Executive Director of Guest Relations

We are currently recruiting an Executive Director of Guest Relations to oversee spa operations. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience within a leadership role

  • Background in Hotel & Hospitality Management
  • Experience in public relations and events is considered an asset

The Executive Director of Guest Relations will report to the principals and participate as a member of the management team.

Responsibilities of the Executive Director of Guest Relations at the Oasis include:

Responsible for all spa operations at the Oasis, ensuring that we are optimizing guests (both internal and external) experience while at the Oasis.

Approaches the role as an Ambassador of the Oasis and sees themselves as a business owner one day. Promotes to team member’s Oasis policies, regulations, and procedures, and the need for compliance.

Organizing, directing, and coordinating the work of front desk, guest services, spa attendants and treatment providers to maximize retail and service revenue and profit while attaining optimal guest satisfaction. The Executive Director of Guest Relations is also responsible for responding to guests' requests and concerns and liaison with group booking contact and overall to ensure an extraordinary guest experience and provide repeat business.

As the Executive Director of Guest Relations, you will provide your team with the resources to ensure guests’ satisfaction and ensure that the entire department operates within the scope of a budget and well-defined management practices.

The Executive Director of Guest Relations also will maximize retail revenue and occupancy and create a positive team-oriented environment focused on guests. The Executive Director of Guest Relations evaluates daily operations and consistently determines effective remediation techniques, such as job skill training, product and treatment knowledge, or personal intervention to resolve issues as they occur in daily operations of the business.

The Executive Director of Guest Relations position requires three to five years of experience in a similar role along with supervisory experience of up to 15 FTE’s. They will assist in the recruiting, interviews, screening, and orientation of job applicants to fill existing Spa openings. This includes discussing personnel needs with department leads and enthusiastically build your own team.

The Executive Director of Guest Relations must be able to inspire the entire team to reach high levels of performance including retail sales, upgrades and markedly improved revenue. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for Executive Director of Guest Relations at the Oasis.

Our Compensation package for Executive Director of Guest Relations includes:

  • Salary Range: $58,000-$68,000 per year depending on experience
  • Bonuses: Based on revenue growth, services and retail sales growth and customer loyalty advancement

Full Time Registered Massage Therapist

We are presently looking for talented Massage Therapists interested in a holistic workplace in which to share their gifts. We offer Therapeutic Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Raindrop Therapy, Craniosacral and Thai Massage. Applicants must have at least 1000 hours, must be registered to work in Calgary and have two modalities offered at the Oasis Spa.

Full Time Lead Esthetician

Qualifications: Must be a Certified Esthetician with at least 4 years of experience. Must have supervisory and leadership experience. Spa professionals with enthusiasm, strong sales ability and proven leadership and motivation skills are encouraged to submit their resume.


Guest Services Specialist

Oasis Wellness Centre & spa is currently seeking individuals who are outstanding in their interpersonal, retail, communication and computer skills. Candidates must be able to provide customer services with confidence, integrity and warmth. We expect guest service representatives to have the ability to provide exceptional guest management in any situation. Efficiency and familiarity with computer programs will be required as this is a large part of the guest services tasks. Oasis wellness center and spa looks to have communication skills and familiarity in a retail environment as strong attributes in all staff members.

Job Duties Include: booking appointments, creating documents, data input, merchandising, make up applications, retail and guest management before, during and after their stay. We would welcome anyone looking to meet and exceed our expectations and looking for opportunity for growth in the industry.

Spa Attendants

We are looking for Spa Attendants. Outstanding organization and teamwork skills, along with a strong desire to provide high quality customer experience, will ensure your success with Oasis!

Candidates should take pride in their work, providing a wonderful experience for the guests. Primary duties include: maintaining a clean and professional environment for the guests, laundry duties, and housekeeping tasks.

We are currently looking for those candidates willing to work Saturday, Sunday and evening (closing) shifts.
